Since maintaining security in libraries is a basic principle, library of Sistan and Baluchestan University has implemented a traffic control system and CCTV system that is one of the most advanced electronic services in the country. By using this system, when entering the library, in addition to online verifying the identity of the person, the places where each member is allowed to go is determined. By installing control gateways in transit routes, it is possible to control unauthorized persons to the library or some members to unauthorized places. This section is the central library interface with the Information Technology Center and collaborates with relevant computer experts in solving network library problems.
The IT unit of the library, which is located on the ground floor of the building, has a number of computer systems that students can refer to this units in accordance with the library approved circulars, to study the full text of theses.
