Information Technology Management (Electronic Business)
Founded in 2008, the E-learning Center of University of Sistan and Baluchestan aims at incorporating ICT into academic education in order to improve the efficiency and proficiency of the university’s in-person courses. In 2008, it admitted students in the IT Management program (Electronic Business) at Master’s level so that they could benefit from free-of-charge, absolute electronic education.
Introduction
The business environment has been profoundly affected by the globalization of economy in recent years, and organizations’ movement towards digital space has undergone massive changes. Hence, to generate fundamental changes in organizational systems and business infrastructure, implementation of development plans depends on information technology and a much more essential factor called ‘management’. Electronic Business is one of the latest sub-disciplines in this field of study which brings together a number of IT and Management courses. The specialized subjects of the program include Electronic Business, Customer Service Management, Supply Chain Management, E-government and more.
