Asia's Heart Conference - The Istanbul Process was held with the presence of Dr. Bandani, the head of the University of Sistan and Baluchestan as the representative of the Ministry of Science, the Deputies of Foreign Ministries, representatives and senior experts from 30 member states including the Islamic Republic of Iran, focused on helping Afghanistan in New Delhi This April.

Participants in the conference discussed the establishment of peace and stability in Afghanistan, increasing the speed of reconstruction, focusing on investment and the development of higher education in this country.
