Based on an invitation by the strategic Studies Center and cultural Relations office of the cultural organization and Islamic Ties, a group of Iranian scholars visited Afghanistan on April 17th, 2018. 
According to Professor M. Khalili Jahantigh a board comprised of the chairman of strategic studies, the cultural representatives of the organization of Culture and Islamic Ties, and representatives from Guilan University, Allameh Tabatabaii University, Alzahra University, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Birjand University, and University of Sistan and Baluchestan took part in this meeting. 
In this meeting Dr Khalili Jahantigh representative of The University of Sistan and Baluchestan  presented her lecture on the poet: Khajeh Abdollah Ansari, Ladder of Humanitarian Elevation. 
This meeting led to signing of an MoU between USB, and Kabol University, in presence of the Cultural Attachment of the Iran Embassy in Kabol.
