The University of Sistan and Baluchestan enrolls international students in B.A., B.Sc., M.A., M.Sc, and Ph.d. levels according to the registration regulations and designations of international students of Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, for the second semester of the academic year 2019-2020. Thus applicants are requested to visit the registration section of the USB website.

Also applicants are requested to:

1. Download the registration invitation notice and appendix 1, and 2, and read them carefully.
2. Fill out appendix 2.
3. While registering, fill out the international students' registration form and appendix 2, and upload them.
